Returns and Exchanges
Orders typically ship within 2-3 days after payment is processed. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your package.
If your item is defective, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (as indicated on your receipt). Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
Returns and exchanges due to a change of mind are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition—packaging must remain unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned in their entirety.
- Non-exchangeable or non-returnable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- For online orders, return shipping costs will not be covered by SHOPALL CORP.
- Applicable consumer laws remain unaffected by this return policy.
Product Condition for Returns
Items returned to SHOPALL CORP must be in their original condition. Charges may apply for damage caused by wear and tear, improper use, assembly errors, missing parts, or accidents.
If a return or exchange is required due to product quality issues, return shipping and restocking fees will be covered by us.
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, customers will bear the return shipping costs as determined by SHOPALL CORP, based on the condition of the product and relevant policies.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, contact SHOPALL CORP at [email protected]. We aim to respond promptly. If the request does not comply with the above terms, Drakesclothing may deny the return or exchange.
- Note: Unauthorized returns or exchanges may result in the loss of goods and will not qualify for a refund.
For authorized requests, SHOPALL CORP will issue a prepaid return label.
When returning items, include all original packaging, manuals, complimentary gifts, and accessories to avoid additional charges.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will confirm receipt via email. The product will then be inspected to determine whether the return or exchange meets our criteria. If approved, the exchange or refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5-7 business days.
